Among the information required on an invoice issued by a self-employed worker are the title and amount. Thus, any receipt must include the services provided, as well as the price of each service and the total, which will be the sum of all services.
Thus, we must not forget that, for purely tax purposes, the invoice must include the VAT rate applied, as well as the amount of personal income tax applicable to the total amount of services provided by the self-employed person.
